Calendar Description

Making this calendar so I can give it as a gift to my sister, who has a birthday coming up soon! More than anyone she understands the place work like this comes from, the particular junction of spiritual, aesthetic, and intellectual motives [since I do not often discuss these motives in public I guess it should not be a surprise that it's not widely understood]. And so she is able to appreciate work like this that as a general rule is not very popular or understood, so maybe her and I will be the only people who like this calendar, but that is ok ;)

And yes I plan eventually to complete the series, with The Water, The Earth, and so on. At some point, maybe not all this year.

Imo the more blue toned photos don't fit that well. They kinda pop out too much on the preview, as the other photos have less colors and are more soothing/relaxing, BUT this is still a great calendar and if i would be a person who would use calendars i would buy this one

And i hope that you will do that elements series! Would be very interesting to get to know how you see the elements, but regarding all your other photos this just has to be awesome *insert fangirly moment here* :blowkiss:

I thought a year of relentless tans would be too much, the color provides a bit of a break :) The vibrancy is different but, the heart of all the pieces are the same

I expect to do five, some of these photos I shot with the calendar in mind and I will probably need to shoot new work for the other elements so I might not get it all done this year. But, someday. :aww:

Thank you :)

I am trying to make time to get to your email today, I'll get back to you asap. I do not understand Japanese, but my sister does and I can have her translate if you would like to say anything in Japanese. I may have her translate some of my explanation of how the stock process works then send you that

I think I will be able to do The Water, and perhaps The Spirit, be the end of the season. But I am so busy with work it'll be a week or two at lest before they go online. I have enough nice B&W images left over to do a second Grayscale as well, but I will wait a year to see how the first one performs I think :) Perhaps making an "Imaginari II", we'll see
