I can't look at this without feeling sad! D:
But it's a beautiful photo, nonetheless, and weirdly, I can almost imagine the scent in the air.. just the time of the year, the dew, the environment..It's my favourite time of the year for sure! -- #TheCandyHole - Where all your dreams come true. Was the butterfly already dead? Because when reading "Held" first i thought of the german word, which would mean hero.
With that in mind this scene tells a different story Even tho it's kinda sad (but actually that's live) i like this captured moment. Butterflies in spiderwebs with dews on it is an interesting subject. -- "And time just broke the promise to ease the pain" Yes it is sad to look at :C
I have some more of the spider and landscapes in this mist to post soon, I like this time of year too -- www.wrothstudio.com He was dead from the cold, in fact I put him into the web which is why this is in Still Life.
I have more shots like this to submit after the weekend -- www.wrothstudio.com Ah ok, didn't know that it is already that cold over there.

This photo speaks a story! in fact , at the first sight, it sounded like a silent nature film to me.
Remarkable vision and impact with these gray colours , and It's rare to be found! because I know how difficult is to catch something like this one in this clarity.
The butterfly seems very resigning and calm ( if I say ) and the spider looks very determined and overcoming.
The net is wonderful especially with these rain drops. And last but not lest the title : HELD !!!! finished the scene perfectly.
Amazing shot..I love it so much
