the edges of the leaves look wonderful. great colours and so beautiful in that sunlight

Can't resist thinking how... celestial this feels.

Being "touched", in as true and as graceful a form as there can be. One element tugging at the other, in an invisible current.

The fluttering motes of light complete the sense of wonder

This is small, yet important work imo. I am very rarely impressed with my own work, and while this maybe does not look epic in many ways I am impressed by it. The formality of it really grabs me, as for the spirit of it I'm not far enough away to really see that right now... I think you are right though, there is something more then the form to this
